Success Story Of Healthy Triplets Born To An Infertile Couple

A Couple from chennai came to us in August 2020 for fertility treatment, married since 4 years. The female was quite obsessed with irregular menses as well as PCOD&Hypothyroidism, her husband’s semen analysis was normal.

We first started her treatment for irregular periods and Hypothyroidism, Then stimulated her with ovulation induction drugs.

We have given her charts that provide information related to diet, exercise that helps in increasing the chances of pregnency.

She followed all the instructions regularly given by us and verysoon; Her TSH level became normal.

We Have Explained and prepared them, mentally for infertility tratment, starting with intial basic ovulation – induction treatment, by this they came to know each & every step they have to under go, so they co-operated well during the cycle.

To Everyone’s Surprise, she respond to treatment in the first cycle itself and it turned out to be triplet pregnency, The couple decided to continue the triplet pregnency.

All went well till 30 weeks of pregnancy with regular Ante-natal checkups, But she landed up in preterm labour with premature rupture of the membranes leading to hand prolapse of 1st triplet by the time she reached the institution.

After proper Counselling for pre-term care of babies in NICU. She was taken up for emergency LSCS and delivered 1 boy followed by 2 girls, all cried immediately after birt and were admitted to NICU for Oxygen Requirement & Pre-term Care.

3 Babies are doing well with CPAP support with no cardiac/CNS Complications.

Thats how the story ended up with “A Happy Mother & Father with 3 pre-term Uncomplicated, Well Babies”.
